SeoPez's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service in question.

Our Services

SeoPez does not provide SEO or any other service to adult, pornographic, 18+, or otherwise restricted websites or content.

Payments

We accept PayPal, Skrill, and major credit cards. More payment methods will be added over time for our clients' convenience. All services are billed on a pay-first basis.

Refund Policy

100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, we'll refund you in full within 3 days of the report being submitted.

Promotional Policy

SeoPez reserves the right to use client websites, designs, layouts, prototypes, wireframes, and related materials in our own advertising and marketing — including as portfolio examples, case studies, and other promotional content.

We offer 24/7 phone support, Skype/live chat support for 15+ hours a day, live chat on our website, and email support at support@seopez.com. Basic questions about our services are supported free of charge.

Privacy

We don't do spam, and we have no intention of bothering you with unnecessary promotions or updates. Your privacy matters to us — we'll only share your account information if legally required to do so.

Fair Use Policy

We apply a fair use policy across our services. If we believe, for any reason, that you're not using our services as intended for a SeoPez customer, we reserve the right to terminate your account effective immediately.

Liability

SeoPez is not responsible for any action or inaction related to our service. We aim to provide the best service at a fair price, and while we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee protection against hackers, viruses, or other risks on the internet.

Keeping an offline backup of your own data is your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss of sales, leads, or reputation resulting from the use of our service.

Jurisdiction

www.seopez.com is operated under the laws of SeoPez's state of registration in the USA. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be settled within that jurisdiction.
